Staffing
RMS SHOPFITTING has a total staff compliment of 125 employees. Of these two have been with the company for over 35 years, and 9 have been with us for more than 20 years.The shopfitting workforce consists of 100 skilled workers, with 75 in the factory handling manufacturing. The remaining 25 make up 6 highly experienced and skilled site-installation teams, providing prompt and quality installations.
Because of the experience and reliability of these site teams we are able to work on a national as well as an international basis, and in the last few years have regularly worked as far afield as northern Africa and Europe.
We pride ourselves in having a particularly stable workforce. Deadlines are met through a commitment by the entire workforce to work whatever overtime is required.
